ABOUT
My journey into yoga and healing began after leaving behind a life built on doing and becoming. In the past, I studied philosophy, law, design, and photography, but something always felt missing.
Moving on from Edinburgh through Southeast Asia and then to India for my first teacher training, I gradually narrowed my attention to one thing that kept supporting me: consistent yoga practice.
I’ve completed several teacher trainings and can teach across styles, but I found my practice in Ashtanga vinyasa Yoga. I’ve taught internationally while exploring
the connection between the physical, mental, and emotional bodies. My path has grown to include Reiki (Level 2), music, and art as forms of healing and expression. Ramana Maharshi’s teachings and self-inquiry continue to inspire my journey.
These days, my practice is less about speaking and more about listening - to the body, to nature, to presence itself. What matters to me is being real. With myself, with others, and with whatever experience is unfolding in the moment.
YOGA

Yoga is for everyone. No matter who someone is, their body type, or experience level, this practice meets each person where they are. It’s been around for thousands of years, and it’s meant to be inclusive, open to anyone willing to show up and try. It’s not about perfection, but about presence.
For many, yoga starts as physical movement or stretching. But with practice, it can grow into something deeper - meditation, pranayama, or even learning about life’s bigger questions. Different styles and approaches exist, and everyone can find a way that fits them best.

Looking at the world outside can be distracting. Yoga helps turn the focus inward. On the mat, the practice encourages quiet observation - noticing thoughts, feelings, and sensations without rushing or forcing.
This focus builds patience and steadiness over time.
Consistency is what makes the difference. There’s no magic in yoga, just showing up again and again, even on tough days. The rewards come slowly but last long after the practice ends. It’s a steady process of growth, inside and out.
At its heart, yoga is a personal journey of understanding and acceptance. It’s not about escaping life but meeting it fully, with honesty and openness.
The lessons learned on the mat, naturally carry into everyday life.
REIKI

For many of us, our physical body is important.
It's natural to care about how we look and feel. That's why we focus on exercise, massage, walking, and other ways to take care of ourselves.
Alongside external care like diet, fresh air, and movement, Reiki supports the body’s natural ability to heal itself from within. It works on
multiple levels, physical, emotional, and mental, supporting well-being beyond just the body.
Reiki practice involves a balance between meditation and active listening. Meditation means stepping back and not engaging with thoughts or feelings, while active listening allows energy to flow through us. This process helps free our awareness from places where it might be stuck or blocked.
Our purpose here is to experience life. But sometimes these experiences can be challenging or painful, causing blockages or tightness in our body and mind. Reiki gently brings awareness to these areas without judgment. There's nothing wrong with us. We do not need to fix or change who we are. Accepting that we are enough is key.
MUSIC

Music has always been a way for people to express emotion, share ideas, and connect with others. It’s
one of the oldest forms of communication, found in cultures across the world since the beginning of civilization.
Together with my friend Octavi, we recorded a few videos that lean into mantra and chanting, which is close to the kind of expression I enjoy.
We share our music on a YouTube channel, so if you feel curious or want to listen, you’re welcome to check it out.
ART

Art is a way to express what words sometimes can’t. Whether through movement, sound, paint, or design, art gives shape to emotion, memory, and experience. It can help people reconnect with themselves and others. It often plays a therapeutic role and has the power to bring communities together.
Art isn’t limited to galleries or studios. It lives in daily life, in gestures, in how we move, breathe, and create space for beauty.

Making art became
a way to process what was happening inside me. Over time, I gravitated toward abstract forms, especially mandalas and repetitive patterns that carry a sense of focus and quiet.
I believe every piece holds value simply because it came through someone’s hands and heart. Everyone has a style. The real task is to give yourself permission
to start.
